Ive upgraded to 1meg from NTL. Ive rebooted and my IP number has changed and its taking ages to propogate through the internet. Ive altered my address to my IP number directly at my web address provider so its sort of working now.

My somefoolwitha site (this one) was going very slowly so ive removed loads of unnecessary navbar items, including recent posts and media (CDs, DVDs and books). I think the main culprit however was the Blogshares script to show my shareprice etc. Anyway, it seems to be upto speed again now.
