Quite frankly, Beatles sueing Apple over iTunes is fucking ridiculous. How exactly is Apple selling music and iPods hitting sales of Beatles music? If anything surely its helping them?
I think everybody has the right for like or dislike a band, but hate well i mean that´s something else...so i just wanna know...WHY DO YOU HATE THE BEATLES?????. (come on, i´ve been reading all those hate the beatles pages and not even one have a good answer..what about you)
1) No musical complexity whatsoever. 2) Horrbily out of tune instruments. 3) Not such good singing voices. 4) I cant stress how much they couldn't really play their instruments with a certain amount of adequacy to be considered real talented musicians.
Sure they wrote great lyrics...but that isnt music. It's a poem. Write poetry. Thats good. And IF you want to put it to music....be somewhat talented on your instrument. Know complex jazz chords, play with articulation and speed.
Brett, learning musical complexity and playing fluently is not even half the battle to making good music. ANYONE can study! Anyone can practice! The ARRANGEMENT of the elements is vastly more important and The Beatles (with George Martin) were fantastic in that area. And anyway - the Beatles used more augmented and diminished chords than any of their immediate peers. How complex are you looking for?
