Well, further to my post about buy ing the wrong album from the iTunes store - I sent Apple an email explaining my mistake and hoping for refund so i could buy the correct album.
I received an email from Apple yesterday basically saying no and to read the iTunes T&Cs “All sales are final”.
Fair enough, but ive sent them another email

I really want the explicit one and am very unhappy that the click-through banner goes to the clean version - which isnt ‘as the artist intended it’ but a sterilised version.
I have now change my itunes option from 1-click to shopping basket in the hope that i wont accidently buy the wrong album again.
I am happy for you to email me the files or i am also happy to buy the explicit version and then get a credit for an album as this is a genuine mistake and not an attempt to rip Apple off. I find it hard to believe that this situation hasnt occured before in the US or other iTunes stores.
Ive been a happy Apple customer for many years and have had a .mac account since the early days of idisk but this small mistake on my part, and rather confusing linking to what is the ‘wrong’ album on Apple part has tarnished my early experience with the apple itunes store.

Hopefully theyll have pity on me and let me buy the proper version for free - but i doubt it.
