I think that this Sony Ericsson K700i may well be my next phone if I can find it cheap enough. The P900 is still WAY too expensive.

Look, Im not a shop.
I am looking for imformation on your Ericsson Sony 910 cell phone. Can not seem to locate anything.
I dont have a 910 *and* Im not a shop
k700i tagmed
I have both K700i and P910i. Beaware, you cannot install both software and synchronize both phones. ONe will override (wipeout the other). In fact, you can’t use either software for both phones either. But, K700i needs to use the DSC-25 to upgrade firmware to R2Lxx or better (the USB cable just won’t do.) I love SonyEricsson, but, they have SW/HW compatibility problems. I still suffer after 3 months.
BTW, P910i is much more stable then P900 (which I also have.) P900 crashes on an average of once every 2 days in heavy use in my experience. Some times a few crashes a day. Combine MP3, Internet and phone use.
K700i has battery drain problem. That is why you need to have firmware R2Lxx or better. The improvement is noticeable/significant, on average you gain 1/3 standby time.
I still love these phones….
I purchased Soni Ericsson K700i fifteen days back. Its volume of video recording is very less .I can’t hear clearly.Other features are good and operate very easily
“why da hell” do you have to use text speak on here?

yes im using text. how can i increase the volume of video recording.i cant hear the recording clearly.please help me in this matter
No, now go away and ask Sony or I shall ban your comments, this *IS NOT* Sony’s tech support.
Ill try to be helpful - hold the phone _closer_ to the _source of the sound_ which youre recording.
I just wish that the firmware upgrade would enable custom SMS alert tone changes.
Yes, I also need one that allows me to use MP3s as ringtones. My Vodafone is locked unfortunately.
just i wana check the k700i services
really its a very cute
Team or Senior Officer of Sony Ericsson’:
Earlier I asked about a good model of Sony Ericsson but no answer was given through e mail. Now I have purchased the MODEL : K 700i and I want to know that how i can stop the voice of Camera (in K 700i). When we take any snap/picture the CAMERA gives a loud voice of taking snap/picture. I do not want this voice. I want to snap in silence.
So, tell me through e mail (sualwar@yahoo.co.in)( or 91+9911109510) and solve my this problem any how? An early reply in this regard is awaited.
With Thanx a lot.
