Ohh, shiny new Apple iMac G5

Well, my migration form my old 12" Powerbook to my new 15" one went pretty damn well, just a few minor irritations;
Firstly the Apple auto-transferer program thingy is great but doesnt transfer Classic (or OS9) programs. It also didnt transfer my 150+ NetNewsWire subscriptions - unfortunately I didnt realise this until after Id started to format my old Powerbook .. Doh!
Secondly, for some reason Apple deamed that only Americans would by this so I had spend ages in the set up program trying to get it to accept both a fictitious postcode and phone number. This is quite unusual for Apple and Im sure I didnt miss an option somewhere.
One final small note; I must be so used to the relative position between the side of the casing and the keys on the 12" one because I keep hitting the wrong keys, and I forget where on the web I read this (so I cant rightly credit it) but someone suggested removing the Caps Lock key and making it so a double tap on the shift key activates Caps - this would be fantastic as I keep hitting the Caps lock key when id rather not.

Ive just changed my Cousins blog to Kubrick - Ill customise the header later.

Ive set up a blog for Saba. If youve no idea what Im on about then ignore, If you do then persuade her to post ;-)

Its using Kubrick and I shall alter the header at some point - maybe.

BTW, thats not me, its a workmate.
