You may already have noticed on sites that is the Macs 21st Birthday and theres a lovely little video of it on those previous sites, and mirrored around the place.
21 years hey... that means I was 10 when it came out, a scary thought. I even had relatively extensive use of the early Macs, including an SE, SE/30 and a Plus. My first home computer (after my Commodore 64) was in fact a Mac Classic followed my an LC (no L33T LC II or LC475 for me) which was pretty good at the time. I couldnt have imagined when I sat in front of my 9" black and white 8mhz 2mb RAM, playing Dark Castle - the likes of Halo or Unreal Tournament 2004.

Yes I know old news blah blah... but after a long time of forcing myself not to buy Halo due to MicroSoft acquiring Bungie and then never releasing the game that Halo was promised to be during all those years to the many Marathon fans, I bought it. And yes its pretty damn good.
Ill do a every so slightly more in depth (no, seriously) reviewette later.
