You may already have noticed on sites that is the Macs 21st Birthday and theres a lovely little video of it on those previous sites, and mirrored around the place.
21 years hey… that means I was 10 when it came out, a scary thought. I even had relatively extensive use of the early Macs, including an SE, SE/30 and a Plus. My first home computer (after my Commodore 64) was in fact a Mac Classic followed my an LC (no L33T LC II or LC475 for me) which was pretty good at the time. I couldnt have imagined when I sat in front of my 9” black and white 8mhz 2mb RAM, playing Dark Castle - the likes of Halo or Unreal Tournament 2004.
