Random comments will be purged
You may or may not have noticed some comments appearing on this site then disappearing. I used to be pretty lax about the quality of comments on this site (pleased to have any tbh) but after having a few dubious looking random character comments or even along the lines of 'you fucker' - Im becoming more discerning. This should not effect serious commenters as its purely a manual deletion thing on my part, but I wont tolerate 'fuck you d00d' or overly txt spk or even just random stupid short comments.
I started to notice an increase in frequency of these a few months ago and I was a little bit confused as to whether they were just random wankers who'd been left on the net due to staying at home with ASBOs or if it was some sort of test by spammers in a similar way to the Velociraptors in Jurassic Park tested their fences, so I just deleted anything dubious.
I just wanted to clarify my position on comments and my censorship of them, hopefully this has helped. If you feel youve been wrongly censored just tell me.
