Just goes to show that even hard-core supporters still eventually have enough of knuckleheads with bad attitudes. Both had a very strong presence in the forums and both will no doubt be sorely missed. :\
I do get the impression on occasion that some folk simple "live to b*tch", just to make noise and be noticed. Actually getting any problems sorted seldom seems to be a going concern for these select few..

its definitely a shame, ive found my self on the support forums less and less lately.
