I have just splashed out on 2 Safari plugins that Id have to recommend: InquisitorX and Saft. Ive had the beta version of Inquisitor for a while now, which was a Spotlight style autocomplete for the Google search feature. The new version adds a few extra features and Ive customised it to add a few search sites I use quite regularly. My only real reason for buying Saft is the crash protection, where by if Safari unexpectedly quits (which it is doing quite a lot at the moment) or if you quit Safari, when its next opened the previous tabs and their pages are restored.

I hate that I have to go through the paypal link to get to the download link. Seriously, wtf! I guess I’ll have to dig through my mail to find the link for the latest update.
It surely is annoying to have the download link hidden from existing users/clients.
I had to spend like 2 minutes to get the download link from my very old mail. Not good.
The whole paypal then emailed link is a tad irritating, especially as I didnt get the link for 2 days so I was a bit worried Id bought vapourware.
I have a ‘saved’ email folder for such things - passwords etc, so hopefully it wont be a problem for future updates.
As far as i remember, i got the download link almost immediately.
But the thing is, if this were shareware, i’d understand the need for the paypal download thing. But we are being asked to donate. So if i don’t want to, i should still be able to download it, it is a donation we are “kindly asked” to make.
And it gets worst, there is no way for someone to test it and see if it’s worth paying for.
Anyhow, you can easily change the 5 euro on the paypal page to 0.5 euro and still get the download link.
By the way, in case it’s not clear, we’re talking about InquisitorX.
