The AJAX seems to be doing odd things with comments. When you post a comment it seems to show someone else's comment, very odd. Ive disabled AJAX commenting for now.
This was resolved here with k2. Might be the same issue you are having ... it was a problem with SK2. If you have ever used it I believe this problem affects you. I never had SK2 on my WP install when I started using ajax commenting and it still affected me ... the fix is in there.
