I this a stupid idea? ‘diggthisdesign’ - a sort of digg but where people submit and ‘digg’ website designs rather than links. Or maybe it already exists?

Ah yes, I see very similar. I was thinking of a much less subtle ‘digg’ style voting and front page system though.
