Admin Strip update

I had a play with Admin Strip recently and sent Brendan the update. Amongst a few minor but I think useful UI tweaks it now has the option for quick access to your Mint stats and it will hide the Moderate Comments and Akismet links if there are no comments to moderate or no spam in Aksimet's list.
