hMallow 2 A simpler theme for Habari

Quite short ones so far. Growing (track changes):

• Ideas from Google groups, Habari forum, IRC and my mind!
• Fix comments (only Google Chrome?) : seems to work now anyway :/ ✔
• Fix login form on home : nicer ✔
• Why does Blogroll list only show when logged in? Still no idea. Fixed: Michaeltwofish on irc - go into the groups page for the anonymous group and make sure read access is ticked for blogroll ✔
• Add 'Tweet This' : added ✔
• No need for comment number in comments list : removed ✔
• Support as many plugins as I can, to that end:

• Investigate Area support (thnx : Ringmaster) Just updated to support this ✔
• Bottom needs padding, note shadow cropped on the highlight para below - breaks on multiple post pages ✔
• Look at quick Admin links for logged in user - similar function to Hadminstrip plugin (thnx : Stanley FONG)
• Give instructions how to change height of header and footer and how to place an image into header (thnx : Stanley FONG)
• Maybe force footer to foot of window? Not sure I can get this working satisfactorily.
• Edit comment links when logged in
• Add 'About' in side bar as now in r3944 by rbowen : ?php Options::out('about'); ?
• Use standard commentform calls ✔ done
• Find a stick post plugin and implement
• Find an asides plugin or just use tags to flag the asides post and style them.
• Keep it pretty
• Make it prettier : =D
