hMallow 2 A simpler theme for Habari

If you visit this site from a mobile device you should see the mobile version which I've started work on. It's very early days, but Im hoping to get at least a full version running soon to then touch up the interface

Currently trying to get hMallow 2 ready for the final version of Habari 0.7.

To that end, I've implemented Areas in the sidebar for plugins to use and in doing so removed all my conditional plugin support. And tried to tidy the look of the sidebar as best i can.

For those not happy with this I've kept the old sidebar file as sidebarold.php so you can extract any code you might need for supporting these other plugins.

Also on permalink pages I've made the date bold under the post title just so its a little clearer.

Still to-do

• Customise the more plugin block files
• Dynamically scale width ala this popular CSS system.
• Edit comment links when logged in
• Look at quick Admin links for logged in user - similar function to Hadminstrip plugin (thnx : Stanley FONG)
• Give instructions how to change height of header and footer and how to place an image into header (thnx : Stanley FONG)
• Keep it pretty
• Make it prettier : =D
